1. Exchanges
We offer exchanges within 30 days of the original purchase date. To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. 2. Non-Exchangeable Items
Certain items are not eligible for exchange, including:
- Gift cards
- Sale items (unless the item is faulty)
- Items that have been worn, used, or altered
3. Faulty Products
If you receive a product that is faulty, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. You are entitled to a refund, repair, or replacement, as required by the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993. Shipping Policy for Equus Elite Apparel
Processing Time
At Equus Elite Apparel, we understand the excitement of receiving your order promptly. We aim to process and dispatch all orders within 72 hours of purchase. Please note that this processing time is in addition to the delivery time.
Shipping Times
Shipping times may vary depending on the courier service used and your location. Typically, you can expect your order to arrive within 2-5 business days after it has been dispatched. However, once your order is in the possession of the courier, delivery times are out of our control. We cannot guarantee exact delivery dates, but rest assured, we do our best to ensure timely delivery.
Free Shipping
We are pleased to offer free shipping on all orders over $200. This offer is automatically applied at checkout, so no promo code is needed. For orders under $200, standard shipping rates will apply.
Shipping Confirmation and Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your delivery through the courier's website.
Shipping Restrictions
Currently, we ship only within New Zealand and Australia. We do not ship internationally at this time.
