1. Exchanges
We offer exchanges within 30 days of the original purchase date. To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. To initiate an exchange, please contact our customer service team at info@equuseliteapparel.com. Please provide your order number and details of the product you wish to exchange.
2. Non-Exchangeable Items
Certain items are not eligible for exchange, including:
- Gift cards
- Sale items (unless the item is faulty)
- Items that have been worn, used, or altered
3. Faulty Products
If you receive a product that is faulty, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. You are entitled to a refund, repair, or replacement, as required by the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993. Please contact our customer service team within 30 days of receiving the product, providing your order number and a description of the fault. We may ask for photographic evidence of the fault.
4. Return Shipping
If you need to return an item for an exchange, you will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund for a faulty item, the cost of return shipping will be included in your refund.
5. Processing Exchanges
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your exchange after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will process your exchange and send you the new item within a reasonable timeframe.
6. Refunds for Faulty Items
If you are approved for a refund due to a faulty item, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
